Our current turnaround time from receiving your order to issuing a tracking number is 3-5 working days. This may be quicker if your order doesn't include made to order clothing.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery estimates from Royal Mail are 2-3 working days but could be longer during busy periods.
Return policy
If there is an issue or you change your mind, you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, as long it is still in a new/unused condition.
This does not apply to made to order clothing.
